Recruitment Services Profile


We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as a Company   working in Human Resource. We are a team of highly skilled professionals and most experienced H.R. Managers / Trainers. We launched our company in August 2010.

We deal in the following sectors across all verticals:

WE ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES FROM 0 TO 30 YEARS FOR THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.

Our Working Process:

1.     We train our candidates for their prospective jobs if we find necessary.

2.     After training we conduct Written & Practical Examinations, Interviews, Viva & GD at our own offices through our most experienced crewmembers / Interviewers / Examiners or Organization’s Officials.

3.     We examine all the DOCUMENTS attached with the Resume of every Candidate.

4.     If we feel any type of doubt we require a Police Verification Certificate issued by the Area ACP / DCP of the Candidate.

5.     After our own Satisfactory Selection we send the candidates to relative Company / Organization. 

6.     After sending the candidate we Post / FAX / E-Mail / SMS all the necessary information to the Company / Organization or concerned Officer to avoid any type of Cheating.

7.     We also sign an agreement with the candidate by which he / she is bound to serve the organization for a minimum duration and cannot quit before that, such as six month.  

8.     We also advertise for Vacancies on behalf of the Organization if it is sponsored by the Organization / Company.


9.     SERVICE CHARGES / REIBURSEMENT: Will be charge here as under:


1      For every Upper Middle & Higher level position as Good Experienced or Top level candidates we charge 8.33% fee equivalent to the annual gross salary offered to the candidate being appointed.
2      For Every Customer Care And Sales Executive Candidates we charge 7% fee equivalent to the annual Gross salary offered to the candidate being appointed.


10.   If the candidate referred by our consultancy and appointed in your Organization / Company left your company with in 90 days of joining, our consultancy will provide one free replacement for the same position.

11.         We are liable to give the Free replacement only if we have received the full amount of Reimbursement from the Organization / Company.

12. We also Provide Some usefull datas , Contact Details For every Customer Care and Sales Executive Candidates if needed.
